Privacy Statement
This statement explains how HEYDE PHARMA BV processes personal data through this website and direct communications.
Version dated 24 October 2026
1. Data controller
HEYDE PHARMA BV · company/VAT number BE 1011.561.035 · RPR Ghent, Bruges division · Ettelgemstraat 53b, 8490 Jabbeke, Belgium.
Contact: yentelheydeapotheker@gmail.com.
2. Data and purposes
When you contact us, we process information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation and message, to respond to your enquiry or discuss a possible assignment.
Secure administration or tools-access features may process technical and authentication data to control access, prevent abuse and operate the service. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical logs.
3. Legal basis and retention
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps or a contract, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest such as responding to business enquiries and securing the website. Where consent is legally required, it is requested in advance.
Data is retained no longer than necessary for its purpose and applicable legal obligations. Exact periods depend on the data type and relevant retention requirements.
4. Recipients and external services
The contact form at the bottom of the profile page sends your enquiry through a secure Supabase Edge Function and Resend to the website administrator and also sends you a confirmation email containing a copy of your enquiry. You can also contact us directly using your own email application; in that case the communication passes through your chosen email provider and its terms. Ordinary contact enquiries are not stored in the website’s own database. If you join the waitlist for a full assignment, the necessary contact and assignment details are stored in a restricted admin table while the entry remains active. Closed entries are deleted after 90 days when a subsequent enquiry or admin action triggers cleanup. Resend processes email content and delivery metadata under its terms. Resend’s current Free pricing page lists 30-day data retention for email and log data; check Resend’s current terms for the precise and up-to-date retention period. Resend stores email and log data in the United States; international transfers are covered by the applicable data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses. To limit abuse, the website temporarily stores a pseudonymised HMAC of the normalised email address to enforce a maximum of two enquiries per calendar day, plus a one-way hash of the IP/email combination to limit attempts to five per ten minutes. The HMAC values are cleaned up daily after three calendar days. The original values and enquiry content are not stored in the rate-limit tables. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical data to operate and secure the website.
On the profile page, Google Calendar loads directly. Google may therefore process technical data such as your IP address and browser information when that page opens. Please also consult the cookie policy and Google’s privacy information.
5. Health data and professional confidentiality
Do not send patient data, medical records, prescriptions or other confidential health information through public forms. These forms are not intended for patient care or medical-data exchange.
Limit professional messages to information needed to handle your enquiry.
6. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact yentelheydeapotheker@gmail.com.
